97 % of Danish Social Workers happy with their work |

A survey among Danish social workers shows that 79 % are happy with their work every day, while 18 % are mostly happy. The President of the Danish Association of Social Workers, responsible for the survey, Mr. Hennig Breinholt says in a comment that he is positvely surprised by this very high level of job satisfaction. He thinks it is an expression of the fact that social workers are proud of their profession and that they have a feeling of making a difference in people's lives. Among those not being happy at all (3 %) or mostly happy, 6 out of 10 state that a big workload is the reason.
